I’m a purist when it comes to certain things, so what could be better than showcasing the defined design of my favorite bundt photographed without lemon mascarpone – a sweet Italian cream cheese with zest cascading over a perfectly dense cake. Adapted from a 100 year old family recipe, this happens to be the very first cake I ever baked from scratch. I think it’s magnifico and grandiose!!
