The idea behind the formation of Sift Baking Studio, LLC evolved from table discussions alongside novice bakers, a chef, and myself. Among those that know me, I am labeled as “Fine Dining Expert and Connoisseur of Desserts”. And my husband who has learned to understand that hosting a large dinner party at home will more than likely be a chef catered event.
Fast forward, I am now venturing into unknown waters by starting up a concierge delivery baking company which would have been voted as the least likely industry I would have ever taken on. Especially after sitting down with pen/paper to think strategically about how to truly enhance a customer’s experience with consistency, I almost backed out!
Because I strongly believe that, “ If you think you can do it better, then maybe you should be the one doing it .” So that’s why, I am doing it!
